Meredith Adelaide’s path to freedom began in 2012 when her dad died. Visions appeared, the voice unlocked, and a dedication to patient self inquiry formed.

 

Raw, gritty, and entirely too personal, her work is often described as “transcendent.” An advocate of walking-the-talk, Adelaide brings her audiences straight to the heart of it. She is committed to creating spell-breaking artworks that change the internal language of her diverse audiences.

 

Leading with a little grief, a little grit, and all shared through a spirited smirk, her live events are not to miss. Like air, she does not shrink to the size of her audiences. Instead she fills the space, and nestles into any nook left untended. Adelaide’s warm, minimal guitar and floating melodies provide the backdrop for her sharing of the gentle and brave internal process. Adelaide invites us to go inward and embrace all of our parts.
